I’ve delivered the UX Strategy and Design of two massive educational platforms for healthcare practitioners.
In 2018 I was hired by Tribal London to provide UX expertise in digital products for unusual users (as medical researchers, neuroscientists, surgeons) and to mentor and upskill the UX team on research and user testing.
The healthcare projects I worked on were massive. It’s a time-consuming process, but I’m working the UX case study, and soon I’ll be able to present here all the details of the fantastic work done by the team. 🙂
I led the UX Strategy, Research, and Design of the Jonhson and Johnson Institute educational platform.
The Institute, US-based, supports the professional growth of HCPs (health care practitioners or professionals) worldwide with conferences, events, and online resources. Today, JnJ Institute has 24 centres on five continents and hosts more than 125,000 HCPs globally each year with educational options available online that suit every learning preference and schedule across multiple specialities and hundreds of procedures.

A deep understanding of HCPs needs and frustrations was the key to deliver a successful design to differentiate Biogen from its competitors.
Biogen is an international, pharmaceutical and biotechnology company based in Massachusetts (USA), specializing in the research, development, and delivery of therapies for the treatment of neurological diseases, with particular focus on Multiple Sclerosis.
I was part of the Tribal team that won Biogen’s pitch, delivering a massive piece of research, planning the strategy for a scalable UX delivery and pairing with Tribal’s CTO on a brilliant prototype using machine learning.
