The unexamined life is not worth living. (Socrates)
I’m in my 30s, I was born and raised in Turin (Italy), and I moved to London 5 years ago.
During the last decade, I helped several companies understanding their users’ needs, designing scalable digital projects, achieving strategic business goals and delighting customers in the process. I love challenges, complex problems out of my comfort zone when I can say “I don’t know how to do this (yet), and it’s ok”.
I’m a team player, I usually like to work in a team, but from time to time, I can be a lone wolf: when I need the focus to work on a particular task.
I’m a perfectionist. I love pixel-perfect designs, with smooth animations, a thorough UX including user onboarding and empty states… and this is time-consuming. Having a well-defined scope of the project helps to keep my perfectionism in line, avoiding waste of time and frustrations. So far, this approach has been perceived very well by teammates and clients.
I used to be a developer (mainly frontend), and I still remember some basics. Coding a prototype is a very efficient way to make sure engineers, designers and stakeholders are on the same page: speaking the same language.
I would like to be hired as a problem solver.
Let’s chat about your next project, you can find my number in my Google doc CV.
Drop me a line, some feedback, a friendly ‘hello”. I like emails, probably more than I should.
